Our Story

At the intersection of business and society

Interpoint Social Advisory was born from more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of business, communities and society. Across several mining projects in diverse regions, we have seen that successful projects depend not only on technical solutions, but also on trust, knowledge and the ability to navigate complex relationships.

Our experience working with governments, Indigenous Peoples, local communities and civil society has reinforced one belief: there is no one-size-fits-all approach to social challenges. Every project has its own context, history and perspectives. That is why we work to understand what makes each project unique and develop practical, tailored solutions that build trust, create value and strengthen lasting relationships.

Our Vision

“To help shape a future where business success and positive social impact go hand in hand, turning complex social challenges into opportunities for stronger relationships, better decisions and lasting value.”

Our Core Values

What guides our work

Empathy and Understanding

We start by listening. Understanding people, perspectives, histories and local realities is essential to building meaningful solutions.

Context Matters

There is no universal formula for complex social challenges. Our recommendations are grounded in the particular realities of each project, region and stakeholder landscape.

Human Rights and Respect

Our work is grounded in respect for people, cultures and human rights.

Trust Through Relationships

We believe trust is not a deliverable — it is built over time through consistency, dialogue and genuine engagement.

Insight Grounded in Evidence

We combine human understanding with research, data and strategic analysis to support informed decision-making.

Transparency and Integrity

We believe sustainable relationships require honest conversations, clear expectations and transparent decision-making.
